My order did eventually show up, but one of the items arrived a day later than the tracking said it would. Everything was correct once it all got here, so I can’t really complain too much, but it was still a little frustrating waiting around. i kind of regret placing the order because I expected the delivery updates to be more reliable. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the tracking info had been more accurate.

I saved a decent amount, so I’m happy with that. The only downside is the promos end quickly, which means you have to act fast or you miss out.

I ordered online and assumed pickup would be super quick, but I ended up waiting outside for about 20 minutes. The staff was nice, so I’m guessing they were just having a disorganized day or were short on help. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I expected

One of the items in my order showed up damaged, which was annoying and felt avoidable. I had to send a couple emails and some pictures, so it wasn’t the fastest process, but they did eventually sort it out and send a replacement. Not perfect, but it worked out in the end

The store was really clean and easy to shop in. I don’t know if I’m just easily impressed by a tidy layout, but it made the whole experience smooth. I found what I needed without much trouble and didn’t feel overwhelmed.

The packaging was actually solid, nothing was busted, leaking, or damaged when it showed up. That said, I do hope there’s some kind of compensation or credit offered for taking the time to share feedback.

I ordered a couple things from CAL Ranch and it was kind of a mixed bag. one of the items felt solid and worth it, but the other one seemed a little cheap for what I paid. Not awful or anything, just more Average than I was hoping for...

The product was mostly like the description said but a few details were left out so I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting. It still worked out fine though and I’m not upset with it.

I like shopping on calranch.com overall. The prices are usually fine and the site is easy enough to use. My main issue is that the inventory online is not always accurate. A few times it showed something was in stock, but then the order got canceled later or the store did not actually have it. I still use the site, I just wish the stock updates were more reliable

Checkout on calranch.com was smooth for me. I found what I needed, tossed it in my cart, and the payment page went through without any weird errors, which is always a relief. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the shipping options were a little clearer before you get to the final step. But overall, it was easy enough, I’d definitely use it again.

I popped into my local CAL Ranch thinking I’d probably be wandering around forever trying to find feed and a couple fence parts, but I was wrong. One of the guys working there pointed me in the right direction and actually answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. I usually assume checkout is going to take longer than it should, but that was quick too. Everyone seemed friendly, and it was just nice shopping somewhere that didn’t feel like a hassle.
